| All photographs must have been taken by a digital or film camera. Photoshop or other manufactured images will not be accepted. We will be happy to accept digital images in JPG and GIF formats. Digital images must have a minimum resolution of 2000 pixels wide by 1500 pixels high and be in landscape or panoramic format. |

| By submitting an entry for the contest the contributor certifies that the image is original work, created and owned by him/her and is free of claims by any other party. If applicable, the contributor has acquired all necessary model and property releases that allow an image to be published. Submitted images will be displayed on our website (asnaggydime.com) and winning entries will be used in our publications, attributed to the original contributor. Contributors agree to hold harmless and release a Snaggy diMe, its staff and owners from loss, claim, injury, damage or expense, including, but not limited to attorney's fees and costs, which are in any way connected or associated with the submission of any photograph for this contest. |
| In today's world offending people is very easy. The staff at a Snaggy diMe will review all entries before they are posted on line. We will not accept images that can be considered sexually suggestive, violent or discriminatory in nature. We will also not accept images that are artificially enhanced, are animation or artwork, images that are of poor quality, commercial in nature and those that do not meet the specified format requirements. Images that have won in the past are also not eligible. |
| a Snaggy diMe reserves the right to modify images for publication by cropping them to fit the print publication. All care will be taken not to misrepresent the intent of the image in the editing process. Photographs used for the postcard and calendar will carry the store logo and will have a copyright credit given to the photograph's contributor. |

| a Snaggy diMe has a standing policy not to disclose customer information to third parties. We will not sell, rent or trade your personal information. In crediting images we will use your first name, last initial and state of residence only. |
Images may be submitted to us by e-mail at contest@asnaggydime.com or by postal mail at one of the following addresses:
Physical entries will not be returned to the sender. We will acknowledge receipt of all entries. Up to ten images may be submitted for the contest by any individual. All submissions must include the contributor's full name, a short caption for the photograph, the contributor's e-mail and/or telephone number. All images must be in our possession no later than May 31, 2011. |
| The contest is open to all customers and non-customers of a Snaggy diMe. Void where prohibited by law. Entries must be submitted by individuals 18 years of age or older. Minors may participate, but must have their entries submitted by their parent or guardian. Owners and employees of a Snaggy diMe and their families are not eligible to participate in this contest. No purchase is necessary to participate in this contest. Purchases will not improve chances of winning. Chances of winning depend on the number of submissions received and, of course, the quality of the photograph. |
| All entries will be reviewed by the judges at a Snaggy diMe to make sure that they comply with the guidelines of the contest. On June 1, 2011 the submitted photographs will be displayed on our website to allow our customers to vote on the images. Voting will be open until July 31, 2011. The best vote getters will be accepted for publication. |
| The grand prize will be a $50 gift certificate to a Snaggy diMe. It will be awarded to the photograph that is featured on the 2011 holiday postcard. A first prize, a $25 gift certificate to a Snaggy diMe, will be awarded to the cover image on the 2012 calendar. A $10 gift certificate to a Snaggy diMe will be awarded to each of the monthly images within the calendar. All contributors will receive a 10% off store coupon for taking part in the contest. Multiple entries from a single photographer are eligible to win in multiple categories. |
